Billy Price and Megan Price are father and daughter as well as law partners. Both Billy and Megan are experts in Consumer Bankruptcy Law and are Board Specialized in Consumer Bankruptcy by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to assisting clients, each of them has shared their expertise by speaking at conferences. Combined, Billy and Megan have handled over 5,000 consumer bankruptcy cases.
Billy Price attended Texas Tech University School of Law and has been practicing Law since 1992. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as an expert in Consumer Bankruptcy Law. Billy has been practicing bankruptcy law in Dallas since 2000.Â
He is licensed in all Texas State Courts as well as the Texas Eastern Bankruptcy Court, The Texas Eastern District Court, the Texas Northern Bankruptcy Court, the Texas Northern District Court, the Texas Western Bankruptcy Court and the Texas Western District Court.
He has been married since 1982 and enjoys spending time with his family and pets.

Megan has served as president and secretary of the Dallas Debtors’ Bar. She has several hobbies and a dog named Sally.

At Price and Price, we have strong credentials. According to the State Bar of Texas, there are 105,125 licensed attorneys in Texas. However, of those, only approximately 7,400 are Board Certified. At our firm, 100% of or members are Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
